The starting point
What if two items in one order take different journeys?
Built originally for boutiques, OS Plus is a configurable operations system for businesses where items move through people, stages and work groups.
The decision
Track production at item level. Different work groups can own different stages, while their contributions are accounted for separately. The question becomes specific: which item, at which stage, with whom?
